Where do you ship to?
We ship all over Europe. If you cannot select your preferred country in the order process, simply write us a short email. We will take care of your request.
How much are the shipping fees?

How long does shipping take?
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
Unless otherwise specified in the item description, delivery within Germany takes place in 3-5 days; for deliveries abroad, this varies depending on the country and takes 1 to 2 weeks after the order confirmation (in the case of an agreed advance payment, after the time of receipt of your payment).
Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made a different agreement with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

Where is my package?
As soon as your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. With this tracking number you can track the shipping status of your order directly on the website of the shipping service provider.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you have changed your mind at short notice or should have noticed an error in your order, we can still change or cancel your order if it has not yet been dispatched. The best thing to do in such a case is to contact us as soon as possible to stop the shipment of the goods. You can reach us at support@treehuggr.com. If your package has already been dispatched, we can unfortunately no longer cancel your order.
Can I return my order and how do I do it?
Yes you can return your order to us. Here you can find everything you need to know if you want to return your product.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, we offer e-gift cards. These are ideal if you do not know exactly which Treehuggr product you want to give.
You can order the gift card in our online store. It will then be sent to you by e-mail. . You can print it out or forward it by email.
How do I redeem discount codes?
At the end of your order process, you can redeem your discount in the 'Discount Code' field in the right column. Please note that the code is case sensitive.
Is there a discount for yoga teachers?
Yes, we offer a discount of 10% for trained yoga teachers (no minimum order value & can not be combined with another discount) This is how you can take advantage of the "yoga teacher discount": Please first create a customer account with us. Then send us your training certificate by mail to support@treehuggr.com. After activation, you will receive a response from us so that you know that you can now get started. The discount is then always automatically deducted at the checkout. Important: Please be sure to wait for the activation, because we unfortunately cannot give discounts on already paid orders.
Are your products sustainable?
Yes, our cork products are made in Portugal and made from recycled or renewable materials.
Our linen yoga mat carry straps are produced in Germany and made from flax that is grown in Europe
All of our products are vegan.
