RETURNS & CANCELATION POLICY

If you want to return your item, before you return your order, send us an email to support@treehuggr.com. We cannot process your return without an email.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item to us for a refund. For reasons of hygiene, we cannot refund money for goods that have already been used.

Every product that you return must be in the same condition in which you received it and in the original packaging.

You have a 14 day return period. Please keep your invoice.

The shipping costs for the return of your yoga mat are not covered by us and are to be paid by you.

  

CANCELLATION POLICY

Right of Withdrawal for consumers
(A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor their independent professional activity.)

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day

- on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has or has taken possession of the goods, provided that you have ordered one or more goods as part of a uniform order and these are or will be delivered uniformly;

- on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has or has taken possession of the last goods, provided that you have ordered several goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately;

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Treehuggr, Inh. Cristina Redinger, Rondorfer Hauptstr, 45, 50997 Cologne, telephone number: 02233 979 4698, email address: support@treehuggr.com) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of the withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we have to repay all payments that we have received from you, excluding delivery costs, immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the return of the products from the withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; In no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

We can refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.

You have to send or deliver the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract to

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. The consumer bears the costs of the return.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary to the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.

Reasons for exclusion or expiry

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the consumer's personal needs.
