2. Subject matter

The subject of the contract is the sale of goods.

3. Conclusion of the contract

The contract is concluded exclusively in electronic business transactions via the store system.

The goods intended for purchase are placed in the "Shopping Cart/Cart". Using the appropriate button in the navigation bar, you can call the "shopping cart / cart" and make changes there at any time.

If you choose as a payment method an instant payment system (eg. PayPal / Klarna Sofortüberweisung or iDeal), you will either be guided in our online store to the order overview page or you will first be redirected to the website of the provider of the instant payment system.

If the redirection to the respective instant payment system, take there the appropriate selection or entry of your data. Finally, you will be redirected back to our online store to the order overview page.

Before submitting the order, you have the option here to check all the information again, change (also using the "back" function of the Internet browser) or cancel the purchase.

By sending the order via the "buy" button, you declare legally binding acceptance of the offer, whereby the contract is concluded.

4. Shipping / Prices

Unless otherwise stated in the product description of the seller, the stated prices are total prices that include the statutory VAT. If necessary, additional delivery and shipping costs are indicated separately in the respective product description.

The delivery conditions, the delivery date and any existing delivery restrictions can be found under a correspondingly designated button on our website or in the respective offer.

5. Order

The processing of the order and transmission of all information required in connection with the conclusion of the contract is carried out by e-mail, partly automated. You must therefore ensure that the e-mail address you have deposited with us is accurate, the receipt of e-mails is technically ensured and in particular not prevented by SPAM filters.

6. Right of retention, retention of title

6.1 You may exercise a right of retention only insofar as it concerns claims arising from the same contractual relationship.

6.2 The goods remain our property until full payment of the purchase price.

7. Warranty

7.1 There are the statutory warranty rights.

7. 2 As a consumer, you are asked to check the item immediately upon delivery for completeness, obvious defects and transport damage and to notify us and the carrier complaints as soon as possible. If you do not comply with this, this has no effect on your statutory warranty claims.

8. Choice of Law

8.1 German law shall apply. In the case of consumers, this choice of law shall apply only to the extent that the protection granted by mandatory provisions of the law of the state of the consumer's habitual residence is not thereby withdrawn (favorability principle).

8.2 The provisions of the UN Sales Convention shall expressly not apply.

9. Delivery

9.1 Delivery will be made within 3-5 business days for shipping in Germany. Within the EU, delivery times vary depending on the country. The customer will be informed about delays immediately by email. If Treehuggr has a permanent obstacle to delivery and is not able to deliver the goods in the specified delivery period, especially due to force majeure or non-delivery by its own suppliers, although a corresponding cover transaction was made in time, both the customer and Treehuggr have the right to withdraw from the contract with the respective other party.

The customer will be informed immediately and received services, especially payments, will be refunded by Treehuggr.

9. 2 Vouchers 'Gift Cards' will be sent by treehuggr immediately after receipt of payment to the customer by email.

9.3 Under the option "Pre-Order" sold out products can be pre-ordered. After the next round of production, the customer will be informed immediately about the exact delivery date.

10. Cancellation and return policy

10.1 There is a 14 day right of cancellation. Items such as vouchers are excluded from return. The return of yoga mats is possible within 14 days. If the customer is not satisfied with a product, he contact Treehuggr by email via support@treehuggr.com.

12. Disclaimer

Claims for damages by the customer are excluded, unless otherwise stated in the following reasons. This also applies to Treehuggr's representatives and vicarious agents in the event that the customer asserts claims for damages against them. Excluded are claims for damages by the customer due to injury to life, body, health or essential contractual obligations, which must necessarily be fulfilled in order to achieve the objective of the contract. Likewise, this does not apply to claims for damages after grossly negligent or intentional breach of duty by the provider or his legal representative or vicarious agent.

13. Prohibition of assignment and pledge

Claims or rights of the customer against Treehuggr may not be assigned or pledged without Treehuggr's consent, unless the customer has demonstrated a legitimate interest in the assignment or pledge.

14. Severability clause

The invalidity of any provision of these GTCs shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
